Prior to founding c1advantage, Tom Thomson enjoyed over 20 years of success in the IT industry. Holding technology management positions at large, global corporations that relied on information systems and technology to operate efficiently and grow, his expertise includes leadership roles in manufacturing, media and telecommunications, oil, gas, and chemical industries. For over 15 years, Tom has been driving the company’s success, and in addition to establishing and focusing a vision for the company, Tom lends a hand supporting day-to-day operations and prefers spending his time in front of customers, helping develop transformational solutions. Tom is always on the lookout for great people, emerging technologies to shape, explore, and improve, and new methods to achieve success for our clients. Now, as Vice President, Professional Services based out of c1advantage’s corporate headquarters in New York, Steve’s primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service while driving strategic growth and expanding on the company’s delivery capabilities.

Chris Fennessey joined c1advantage in 2001, launching business development activities in the Northeastern part of the United States. Chris is fully dedicated to strategic relationships within our large enterprise accounts. His career prior to joining c1advantage includes successful business development, sales, and project management assignments with Peak Technologies, JD Edwards, and Oracle Corporation.
